Medical Staff Attends Another FMR Training
Humanitarian Mine Action Medical First Responder Training Course was completed with a better medical capacity.
Medical personnel from Department of Health of Ministry of Defense and CMAC conducted the training on Medical First Response under the support of 3rd Medical First Responder Logistics Group, US Navy basing in Okinawa Island.
The topics provided include types of care at before casualty arrival at medical treatment facilities, hemorrhage control, new equipment to assist airway issues, fluid resuscitation with IV and OI, hypothermia prevention, burn control, splinting and tractures. Trainer Chief McLaughlin said all trainers are now capable to pass the knowledge to all units who need the immediate and tactical field care for life saving.
