No Malaria Positive Found in Lebanon Returnees

Phnom Penh International Airport, 29 January 2019:

Medical team from Health Department, Department General of Logistics and Finance, under cooperation with National Center for Parasitology Entomology and Malaria Control, and National Centre for Peacekeeping Forces and Explosive Remnants of War Clearance, conducted blood malaria tests for soldiers returning from Lebanon.

There were 963 multi-skill returnees, 5 of which were females. The preliminary tests found no positive results.
