General Sum Samnang Visits Vietnamese Military Attache
Morning of 29 January 2019: General Sum Samnang, Director General of Logistics and Finance, led a delegate to visit and wish Vietnamese People's Army during Lunar New Year season at Military Attach'e in Phnom Penh.
Special Colonel Nguyen Thanh Chinh, chief of the attach'e, expressed his thanks and admired the sincere friendship of the delegate for always coming to wish during this time.
The colonel wish that the friendship, solidary and cooperation will continue to be even stronger and deeper.
